Florida Bankruptcy Services charges a flat rate of $175.00 to prepare all bankruptcies regardless of whether you are single or married.  We are located in Gulfport, Florida.   This is close to the cities of Brandenton, Brandon, Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Maderia Beach, New Port Richey, Palm Harbor, Pasadena, Pinellas Park, Plant City, Saint Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Seminole, Tampa, and Tarpon Springs. 

Florida Bankruptcy Services maintains a high level of confidentiality & privacy because we know most people find bankruptcy embarrassing.  That's why we see clients by appoint only and provide a relaxing atmosphere to help relieve your stress.  Plan on spending 1 to 2 hours meeting with us so we can review your debts, credit report, and gather the information we need to properly prepare your bankruptcy papers.
