Florida Bankruptcy Services
is a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition preparation service that prepares
Florida chapter 7 bankruptcy
documents for Florida pro se debtors (debtors who have chosen not to hire an
attorney) who have a lot of debt & few assets. This includes
homes in that you want to walk away from to get a fresh start.
We are located in Gulfport, Florida, which is in the southern tip of
Pinellas County and have been in business for many years. We charge
a flat rate of $175.00 to prepare all Florida chapter 7 bankruptcies regardless of the
number of creditors or collection accounts.
Florida Bankruptcy Services cannot make your decisions for you or give
you legal advice but we can prepare all the documents necessary for you
to file your chapter 7 bankruptcy in the Florida bankruptcy court with
complete accuracy.
Our turnaround time
is usually no more than 1 week to 10 days but emergency filings are
given priority. There is no extra fee for house calls or emergency
filings.
We use Best Case bankruptcy software because it automatically updates
any changes that occur in bankruptcy law as it pertains to the Florida
bankruptcy so you never have to worry about your documents being out of
date.
We see clients by appointment only to ensure your privacy and provide a
relaxing atmosphere to help relieve your stress. Plan on spending
1 to 2 hours meeting with us so we can review your assets, debts, credit
report, and gather the information we need to properly prepare your
Florida chapter 7 bankruptcy papers.
