Florida Bankruptcy Services is a bankruptcy preparation service located in Gulfport, Florida (next to St. Petersburg)  that specializes in preparing Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions for Florida residents.   We have been in business for many years and come highly recommended by our clients, several trustees, and the local legal aid office.

We see clients by appointment only.  Why?  To preserve your privacy because we know that filing bankruptcy is often emotional, embarrassing, and usually the result of job loss, divorce, health issues, or mounting debt.

What we can't do.  Florida Bankruptcy Services cannot make your decisions for you or give you legal advice but we can prepare all the documents necessary for you to file your Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy in the Florida bankruptcy court with complete accuracy.

Live outside the Tampa Bay area?   If you're willing to see us we can prepare your bankruptcy petition for you in our office while you wait.  It will take a few hours but it's worth it because you will leave our office with your bankruptcy petition in hand - ready to file.

We work for
attorneys too.   We use Best Case and prepare bankruptcy petitions (Chapter 7 & Chapter 13) for local solo attorneys & small firms who want to save money.  Reasonable Rates.
