Silly Bankruptcy Notions

The chapter 7 trustees value all vehicles according to NADA Retail only unless you provide the Court with a written appraisal provided by a certified appraiser.

Your trustee will not accept an appraisal from CarMax, your mechanic, a dealership, or anyone else who is not certified per the
Chapter 7 Trustee Requirements - no exceptions.

We recommend
Suncoast Auto Appraisals
(727-538-2886).  They have been in business for 25+ years and will given you a straight up by the book written appraisal if you have too much equity in your vehicle.

Our bankruptcy software can immediately determine how much equity you have in your vehicle and if you need an appraisal or not once we pull the NADA Retail value.
