Filing Fee Waiver

If we have a reasonable expectation that you qualify for a filing fee waiver due to your unique situation (you are unemployed or receive unemployment compensation, social security,  or social security disability and have few assets) we would be happy to prepare an Application for Fee Waiver at no extra cost.  This will save you $299.00.

Your application will be reviewed by the court and the final decision to approve it will be made by a bankruptcy judge.  Should you not qualify for a fee waiver the court will automatically put you in an installment plan.

Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments

If you are employed but simply cannot afford to pay the filing fee in full at the time you need to file your chapter 7 bankruptcy we would be happy to prepare an Application To Pay Fees in Installments for you at no extra cost.

This is an application to the court to allow you to pay $80.00 when you file your papers and make 3 monthly installment payments of $73.00 each.  Your application must be approved by a bankruptcy judge and you are also allowed to pay your balance off early which we highly recommend.
