OUR TO DO LIST

1.  A billing statement from each creditor.
It must have the payment address listed on it.  If you do not have a recent statement it's ok because you can estimate the amount you owe.

2.  Your free credit report.
Your debts could have been bought, sold, or sent to numerous collection agencies.  It can also be used in lieu of billing statements if you don't have any.

3.  Creditor correspondence.
This also includes collection agencies, debt purchasers, and attorneys.  We must add them to your bankruptcy so they will cease collection activities.

4.  A pay stub.
We only need your latest pay stub if you get paid approximately the same each pay period.
If your income varies please bring as many pay stubs as you can so we can income average.

5.  Means Test.
We need your gross monthly income for the last 6 months, beginning with the month prior to filing bankruptcy.  This qualifies you to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

7.  All lawsuits within the last year.
They must be listed in your Statement of Financial Affairs regardless of whether you are suing someone or someone is suing you.

8.  Our questionnaire.
Feel free to fill out our questionnaire.  It will save a lot of time when we meet with you.
