This includes a 2 hour initial meeting & all documents required to file your
Florida chapter 7 bankruptcy.
It takes about 1 to 2 days to prepare all your paperwork because it consists
of approx. 60 pages.
You must provide us with addresses for all creditors to ensure they are
listed properly.
You should try to get your FREE
credit report if you have old debts
because debts are often bought & sold.

$50.00 (you pay this
directly to the
counseling agency)
Note: Must be completed PRIOR to filing bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy Court Filing Fees
$299.00 (you pay this directly to the
court - cash or money order only)
Note: A request to pay filing fees in installments can be prepared
at no additional cost & the court must approve it..
Typical installment plan: $50.00 (when you file), $100.00 (month
1), $100.00 (month 2), $49.00 (final installment)
All installments must be paid on time & the court will accept payment in
full should you be able to to do this.
Mandatory Debtor Education Class
$50.00 (you pay this directly to the
counseling agency)
